This particular locket boasts charming Late Victorian "aesthetic period" style. The locket opens to reveal two picture windows with blue fabric behind them. 
The generously sized locket (47mm tall with bail) opens to hold precious keepsakes, while the substantial 17-inch silver book chain adds both presence and texture, measuring 11.8mm wide. The weighty silver feel (44.6g) and refined details make this a standout antique necklace—whether worn or displayed as part of a curated collection. I have added a charm connector/ring to the top of the locket so it can easily be worn with other pendants if desired. This exceptional antique necklace will stand out in any jewelry collection.

CONDITION
Beautiful antique condition with age-appropriate surface wear. Silver has a light patina. Opens and closes securely. This locket necklace is over 100 years old and although it has light wear of age, it is a testament to Victorian era craftsmanship.
