Here is a beautiful Antique sentimental  locket. The locket opens to reveal two picture windows, one featuring a kind-looking man and the other: a sweet little girl holding a puppy. Both photos are charming. I'm sure this was a very special memento to the original owner. The locket still retains the original glass. The frames are inset with silver-tone metal, with a small patent mark on each side. The surface overall is glossy and deep black. Closes securely with a great click sound. This locket is an excellent example of sentimental mourning jewelry. However, it does have some condition issues, including a repaired crack. I have reduced the price considerably to reflect the repair. Nevertheless, this shiny oversized locket is nice and ready to wear, gift, or collect!

Condition Report:
A few minor scuffs on the surface are not noticeable during wear, as seen in the photos—a few more scratches on the inside perimeter around the images. There is also a large cra ck on the back side of the locket- This does not affect the structure, and it appears to have been lovingly repaired a long time ago. Please see the photo- I have circled the crack. The locket opens and closes securely with a soft. "click." The hinge is in excellent working order. The bale has a small break in the black portion; this is not noticeable during wear- however, I did capture it in a photo. The price reflects the condition. The price has been reduced considerably due to the crack in the back of the locket. Feel free to reach out with any questions or for additional photos.
