French Victorian Silver Snake Bangle Bracelet
Here is a wonderful antique French Serpent bracelet. In the days of Queen Victoria, the snake was a popular theme in sentimental jewelry, representing everlasting love and devotion. Queen Victorian even had a serpent engagement ring. This lovely bypass-style bracelet is silver with applied rose gold plate details. The eyes are small rose cut gems, and each snake has a honey-colored citrine paste on its head. The snakes are lovely, with open mouths and wide-set eyes. This antique bracelet would be a wonderful addition to an antique jewelry collection and is ready to wear or collect!
