    * Overall very nice. The black lacquer on the back of the wire has worn. The pin is a bit loose, light age related wear. A great old brooch!

The Condition Report

An item must be 100 years old or older to be considered antique. This means many antiques may have age-related wear. We chalk it up to character and love it, but it is essential that we fully describe any wear, no matter how minor. Each piece is carefully inspected, tested, and fully described before it lands in the shop.
