HUGE Vintage Egyptian Nefertiti Earrings in Silver

Here is a rare and awesome pair of authentic Vintage Egyptian revival earrings in silver from Egypt. These earrings are a huge and substantial vintage pair from the 1970s. Each earring features a diamond-shaped plaque with a fringe waterfall of smaller silver diamond-shaped drops. In the center of the earring is a bust of Queen Nefertiti in profile. In the late 1970s, the “Treasures of Tutankhamun” exhibition toured America, resulting in a huge wave of retro Egyptian revival jewelry and fashion, these souvenir-style earrings were made around that time. These earrings are from Egypt and have Egyptian silver hallmarks. A truly fantastic vintage pair that is ready to wear, gift, or collect.

The Condition Report

An item must be 100 years old or older to be considered antique. This means many antiques may have age-related wear. We chalk it up to character and love it, but it is essential that we fully describe any wear, no matter how minor. Each piece is carefully inspected, tested, and fully described before it lands in the shop.
