Here is a lovely pair of antique Pietra dura earrings. These earrings feature captivating floral inlays on a black onyx ground. The flowers include a white rose with smaller reddish-orange posies, hand-cut from different colored stones. These beautiful earrings are silver with vintage clip-on style backs that are comfortable and easy to wear. (If you don't wear clip-ons, your jeweler could convert these to another post style) The silver boasts a fantastic rope twist detail, adding a bit of interest to the floral motif. This lovely pair would make an excellent addition to any antique jewelry collection.

The Condition Report

An item must be 100 years old or older to be considered antique. This means many antiques may have age-related wear. We chalk it up to character and love it, but it is essential that we fully describe any wear, no matter how minor. Each piece is carefully inspected, tested, and fully described before it lands in the shop.
